Marcelo is the Head Coach of the FC Dallas Texoma 05 Girls and the Assistant Coach of the

06 Girls. This is Marcelo's 3rd season with FC Dallas Texoma.

Marcelo is the Graduate Assistant coach at Midwestern State University. After a year as Assistant Coach at Northern Illinois University, a NCAA Division I school in Chicago area, he returned to Wichita Falls.

Prior to coaching at NIU, in his two seasons as the graduate assistant coach at Midwestern State, Campolino helped the Mustangs to a combined 35-5-2 record and a pair of appearances in the NCAA Division II Tournament. In 2015, Campolino helped Midwestern State to a 17-1-1 record and a trip to the third round of the NCAA Tournament as the Midwestern State goalkeepers combined for a 0.93 goals against average and eight shutouts to rank in the top 30 in the country.

A native of Formosa, Goiás, Brazil, Campolino began his coaching career at the São Paulo Futebol Center in 2005, where he led the U-13 and U-15 boys programs, as well as the women's program and goalkeepers. Campolino guided the U-13 boys’ team to the national championship in 2007 and the

women's program to a national championship in 2006.

Campolino joined the American School of Brasilia in 2007 as head coach of the varsity boys and girls programs. He led the boys’ team to third place in the national championship in 2010. During his time at the American School of Brasilia, Campolino also worked as an assistant coach with

the volleyball team, winning 4 National Championships.

Campolino also spent over three years as the head soccer and futsal coach for the American School of Brasilia. He also spent time at Associação Atletica Do Banco Do Brasil and with the professional club, Brasilia Futebol Clube, prior to his time at Midwestern State.

As a player, Campolina spent three seasons playing professionally in his native Brazil,

playing with Samabaia Futebol Clube in 1998 - 1999 and Sociedade Esportiva do Gama in 2000.

Campolino earned his bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Catholic University of Brasilia

and his master's in Exercise Physiology from Midwestern State.  

Marcelo is married to Roana and they have a five year old daughter, Eva.
